Loralei LaVoie
Executive Director
As the Executive Director, Loralei is responsible for the overall operation and well-being of TrueNorth. She began her career with the organization as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in 1996.
Deana Odom
Human Resource Specialist
Deana is responsible for hiring, administering employee benefits and many other things! She has been with TrueNorth since 2003.
Kerisha Smith
Behavior Specialist
Kerisha develops written Positive Behavior Support Plans and monitors their effectiveness with the assistance of our other Behavior Specialist, Amanda. She is also a Certified Oregon Intervention Systems (OIS) instructor. Kerisha has been with TrueNorth since 1995.
Amanda Schindelar
Behavior Specialist
Amanda develops written Positive Behavior Support Plans and monitors their effectiveness with the assistance of our other Behavior Specialist, Kerisha. Amanda is a certified Oregon Intervention Systems (OIS) instructor and a CPR/FA Instructor. She is the Chair of our Safety Committee. She has been with TrueNorth since 2011.
Jenny Terry
Compliance Specialist
Jenny provides quality assurance monitoring, support and training to programs. She assures compliance with licensing. Jenny is also a CPR/FA instructor. She has been with TrueNorth since 2007.
Teresa Lopez
Compliance Specialist
Teresa provides quality assurance monitoring and oversight of programs. She assures compliance with licensing and brings a breadth of knowledge and experience delivering highly complex medical and health supports. She has been with TrueNorth consistently since 2022, however prior to that was with us for many years leading back to 2012.
Kim Luke
Professional Development Coordinator
Kim develops and delivers high quality training opportunities for TrueNorth employees, ensuring staff have the tools they need to do their jobs well. Kim's history with the organization goes back to the late 80's, with this history she has learned from experience and is able to imbed the culture and values of TrueNorth into her training programs.
